Edible Shasta-Butte is a quarterly magazine that celebrates the abundance of food in Northern California’s central valley from Butte County north to the Oregon border. We honor local farmers, vintners, brewmasters, artisan food producers, chefs, and food-related businesses, as we tell their stories to promote living in a way that values what is local and seasonal.
