Butter Radish Bites
Watermelon radishes are pretty for this dish, but any kind works.

- Assortment of cold radishes
- Salted butter room temperature
- Flaky salt
- Chives
- Pomegranate arils
- all amounts to taste
Slice fresh radishes ΒΌ-inch thick. Smear each with a generous swipe of butter and dust with flaky salt. Sprinkle with chopped chives and fresh pomegranate arils.
The cold crunch of the radish is nice with the room temperature butter, but these can be made up to 1 hour before serving.
