Butter Radish Bites
Watermelon radishes are pretty for this dish, but any kind works.

Ingredients
- Assortment of cold radishes
- Salted butter room temperature
- Flaky salt
- Chives
- Pomegranate arils
- all amounts to taste
Instructions
- Slice fresh radishes ¼-inch thick. Smear each with a generous swipe of butter and dust with flaky salt. Sprinkle with chopped chives and fresh pomegranate arils.
- The cold crunch of the radish is nice with the room temperature butter, but these can be made up to 1 hour before serving.
